Changing file name of scheduled capture

Hello,

I use DS-2CD1023G0E-I which is sufficient for what we intend to do. The camera can store a current picture based on a schedule. This works fine.

The disadvantage is, that is saves every new picture with a file name as follows:

192.168.1.246_01_20220512092326415_TIMING.jpg

We use the function to have an up to date picture of the cam (every 5 minutes) on our website.

How can I change this, so it alway uses the same file name (overwriting the previous one every time)?

You can't. You will have to run an script on your web server so it keeps looking for a new file, and move it/copy it/rename it to whatever you want.
