Channel Zero Showing Blank/Black Screen on Hikvision DS-7608NI-I2 NVR

Hello, I have Hikvision DS-7608NI-I2 NVR and 8 DS-2CD2043G0-I (4 MP) IP cameras. Everything is being working fine so far regarding recording and showing individual cams feed etc. Yesterday, I decided to enable channel-zero on NVR but after enabling, its showing black screen instead of showing single view of all channels. Can someone guess what could be the possible issue?

Could it be due to H.265 video encoding? As i tried H.264 but still it was blank screen on channel zero.
 
Can someone guess what could be the possible issue?
I wonder if this could be relevant, depending on how you are trying to view the video?
It's not something I have tried.

I think that pretty much answers which Channel zero was not working. One must have monitor hooked up on HDMI to get it working. What a lame engineering by HikVision here.
