Hi,

I really like Blue Iris and been using it for a while with Foscam cameras on remote locations with port forwarding in place.
Recently I purchased 12 chinese IP cameras with much better sensors and loads of settings.
Blue Iris recognized them as Cantonk cameras with 34567 streaming port.

BUT after installing them on sites there appeared to be an issue. Blue Iris can't recognize them.
It gives loads of information but no stream.
I desperately need your help guys!

Here is the output

I have four of these and they work great. Post screen shots of your video settings.

Thank you for your quick reply, they've been working fine locally too. The problem appeared when I installed them remotely and forwarded the relevant ports

Did you port forward 34567 or the RTSP port? 554? BTW, Canton is Xiongmai rebadge. Be very careful if you are using the cloud function or port forwarding this IP camera.

On the camera settings they won't specify RTSP port, they call it Media Port there and it is 34567.
I tried to port forward everything to no avail. It work fine using their own NVR software, but, obviously I need it to work blue iris

Thank you, looney2ns, I was thinking about implementing that one day.
I currently have OpenVPN server running on a router where blue iris sits (192.168.10.0 network) .
How do I connect 5 locations for example with 5 cameras to it?

I tried to connect remote site's router as a VPN Client (kind of site-to-site) but the Blue Iris PC can't ping the camera ip (192.168.1.0 network)
