The main differences are logical, within the flash memory, though there is also the plastic base vs the metal base for the turret models intended for the CN market.
The primary difference is the detail of the data that's written into the part of the flash memory that holds the camera-specific hardware descriptor.
In there are the unique things you'd expect such as manufacturing date, serial number, interface MAC address, reset code.
In addition there are others such as region code, OEM code, Model name, model ID, devType, devClass, hardware version, alarm I/O which vary with the intended sales channel.
