Chinese Hikvision vs. Dahua?

Hi all,

I was wondering which cam is superior:

The (Chinese) Hikvision DS-2CD3145F-I or the Dahua IPC-HDBW4421R?

I would prefer a Hikvision, but what worries me is the 0.07Lux of the Hikvision.
I know specs don't necessarily mean all that much, which is why I'm asking for some better insights into the difference between these two.

Well these days there is not much in it, with both giving excellent images, but Dahua are not playing with regional locking meaning you get the original English version at really good prices.
The Dahua NVR's cost a little more but then no messing with firmwares.
But Hikvision are just a head in development and features even if they remove them in the next firmware release.
