I usually don't endorse 3rd party utilities but I recently found this Windows utility that removes all the bloat from a Windows installation. I installed it on my BI server and it removed a ton of stuff I didn't need. It also increased the available memory on my machine by 11%. This is great tool for dedicated BI machines and works on both Windows 10 & 11. Please read through the documentation before deciding if this is right for you.

Did you start with a clean install of Windows via the media creation tool?

Just curious if this removal of stuff was in addition to what is accomplished doing a clean install.

Yes, I did. I also installed this on the PC I use to run Home Assistant with the same results.
