Anyone know how to clear the Alerts in the Blue Iris App? I selected Delete all alerts and it still shows over 300 in the little notification bubble in the App. I have cleared cache, cleared data, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it won't go away.

Thanks for your help.

Circle with 3 dots at top, Mark all as viewed. Or that doesn't do it?

Nope I already did that (Its Delete all Alerts)
There are two in the IOS version:
  • Mark all as viewed
  • Delete all alerts
Either appear to clear the number in mine. Difference being the latter kills the alerts shown vs just clearing the number.

But looks like you're using Andriod. May be different.

I never delete my alerts, but just tried on my android. Went to alerts tab at bottom, then 3 dot tab in upper right corner, select 'mark all as read', select 'delete all alerts', confirmed yes at the prompt. It no longer shows a number by the lightning bolt at the bottom. Weird that yours does, even though your alert list is clearly empty.

I'm assuming you closed the app and restarted already?

Consider performing a formal power off on the mobile device, also.

Often times powering off the device, counting to 10, then powering it on will clear up quite a few odd anomalies. Much like it does on laptops and computers.

I've powered off, rebooted, uninstalled etc... it just comes back

The alerts are not showing when you view BI from a computer, correct?

Seems like the next thing from the 'simple' list is to un-install and re-install the app.
