Just noticed this morning when reviewing clips overnight that when I pull up an alert clip the play head indicator immediately jumps to the end and the clip doesn't play. I'm not home now to check the server but it's failing both when viewing the web page and the smartphone app. Live view is working just fine. Any ideas why this may be happening? Thanks
