Clips List in 24 hour Military time, Not AM PM?

I swear I used to have the Clips List display in a 24-hour listing as opposed to using AM/PM. I can't find how or if I can change this. Help!

I have my Clips List with each timeline narrowed down to display just the color bar, tiny thumbnail, date, time, mins/seconds:

I want: 12/4/2017 23:10:18 PM 01m17s
not : 12/4/2017 11:10:18 PM 01m17s

I don't see an option. Perhaps you can set it at the operating system level and Blue Iris will honor it?
