Clips showing only what is in the Zones.

My BI has picked up a new trick. When I playback a clip on the PC it only shows the areas designated as Zones. All the rest of the clip is blacked out. It is that way on all three cameras. What is kind of funny is when I play the clip on a smartphone it shows the entire area of the clip with nothing blacked out. It is probably pretty simple but I have been trying to fix the problem for a couple of hours and I am getting frustrated.

Any help would be appreciated.

I've observed the opposite on one of my cameras - blackout areas for playback on devices... Try creating a zone that spans the entire frame. Many users use zone A, I prefer zone G. Your choice.
