Cloned (hidden) camera alert clips not visible in list

I have cloned a camera, hidden it, disabled recording and enabled create an alert list jpeg. It is set up to send me alerts when a zone crossing occurs. The original camera does continuous recording and has a different setup of triggers. My question is how do you make the cloned/hidden cam alerts visible on the alert/clip list and the timeline? If I check show hidden cameras, the alerts appear on the timeline and list. But they do not when show hidden cameras is unchecked.

RTFM. I figured this out. Right click the alerts list, then check 'Include clips from excluded cameras'.

If this is a clone, are these settings checked on the Camera settings > General tab for the 'master' clone camera?
'Clone master'
'Group clone clips'

Yes:
The master is checked as Master

the two clones are not checked 'master'

all three cameras are checked 'group clone clips'

when hidden in the BI app on the server/pc, and setting 'show hidden cameras' is not checked: the clips show in alerts/timeline on the pc, but they do not show on the ios app

Same here. I just made the camera unhidden and the alerts post. I made the first image I see in the app a group of all cameras less the clones.

Figured it out


BI pc app:

top right 'group settings' gear

check 'include clips from excluded cameras'

guess this setting is in two places:
time line
and
group settings


all good now: clones are hidden from view, BI pc app and BI ios app both show clips in the timeline from the hidden clones
