CloudLive IP Cam

Hello. Recently I bought a Chinese ip camera. Its name is CloudLive. I can access the camera via Browser and Blue Iris, but I can not move it. The PTZ arrows appear but it does not move. Does anyone have this camera and can you help me?

Which browser? Possibly Edge, which does not allow the required ActiveX control / plugin.
Try using IE11, install the needed ActiveX plugin, and it will likely work OK.
