I just noticed you were talking about the recording. I thought you meant that the AI is not working. So it's not an AI thing but a BI recording thing. I can't help you with that, i have 24/7 recording turned on.

Yes I wanted to only have recording clips done in BI when the AI confirmed it was real. Thank you for trying to help me.

I got it figured out. It has to be changed on the Record Tab under camera settings for each camera. It must be changed from "When Triggered" to "When Alerted".
