codeproject ai and blue iris

hello.
been trying to get project ai and blue iris to work but i am unable to get the ai to trigger and actually analyze anything.
most likely doing something wrong but any feedback would be great.
in the status bar of BI im getting AI: Alert canceled nothing found

Read through the existing threads on the subject on this forum. People here are very helpful, but you’ll need to provide a bunch more information before anyone can help. Are you using custom models? What do your settings screens for AI look like?

Show us a screenshot of your AI settings. Here's what one of mine looks like.

I'm new at Codeproject as well, so hoping someone with more experience will comment. Mine has been working well, with the settings shown in my image. You could try it with those settings, and then gradually change things back to what you wanted, watching to see what stops it from working. I'm thinking maybe 75% confidence seems too high.
