My dumb questions of the day, if I may.

1. What does auto start/stop do if it's enabled?
2. What goes wrong if it's not disabled?
3. If it's requited to be disabled, why is it there at all?
 
I am having issues with the Custom Models fields not getting propagated in BI at the moment. Currently have BI 5.8.7.6 & CP.AI 2.5.4 installed.

I also noticed that there is no YOLO NET option in CP.AI Explorer when .NET is running

If I enable YOLOv5 6.2 it does appear:

I've rebooted the BI computer multiple times to try to get the Custom Models field in the AI tab to show up. I've even completely removed and reinstalled the CP.AI docker container in unRaid. Thoughts?

Try stopping the BI service and then starting it again. If CPAI wasn't up before BI started, then it won't show in that box.

All you need to do is just restart Blue Iris service the the Custom Model list will load. For why .NET module is not working please post you issue on CodeProject.AI fourm

Looks like it's not taking into account additional images?

Newest version of BI newest version of codeproject (updated both today).

Dat shows confirmed alert... BI not picking up on it?

Min confidence 50%.

500 ms each image
Apply to motion triggers only.

Edit:
On 'to confirm' IP had: person,car,truck,bus,bicycle,boat
and then on Mark as vehicle: car,truck,bus,vehicle.

I just added 'vehicle' on the to confirm.... no idea if this is the issue however.

I just noticed that after updating BI to 5.8.7.7 that you can NOW actually browse and list where your models are. I am hoping this stays this way and no more stop/start to make them show up. :clap:

update: unfortunately the AI is no longer working with 5.8.7.7 went back to 5.8.7.6 and we are back to the greyed out custom model's folder but the AI is working.

I updated to 5.8.7.7 and AI is working. but the use custom models option field is still grayed out.

LOl, I will try it again and see what happens. I always check this after an update and sometimes it will be blank and sometimes it's filled and greyed out. I was hoping he fixed this .

Nope, still the same even after a reboot and notice the Start/Stop box for AI is greyed out ?

I guess I’ve never noticed because I don’t use this option. I have the service setup in windows to start automatically.

I do as well, so I am not sure what got broke, but my AI was running, yet I still could not stop/start it in BI, AND I had the ability to select where my models are ?? I did get 5.8.7.7 to work by killing the AI servcie manually and then restarting it. But, if I would do a machine reboot, AI starts but BI would not see it. I'm sure Ken will get it right, he always does :)
