I have several cams, and when my LED super bright security lights come on, only 1 cam a DH-IPC-HBBW8301P shows the scene in color, when I 1st mounted a N24CG52 it flipped to color, was a bit slow I thought, now it stays on BW as well, has good BW with the UV lite, but stays on BW even though the yard is like daylite, as well a HDW5231R-ZE that I got recommended by Andy to sub the N24CG52 that I got a day ago and mounted it and it acts like the N24CG52, stays on BW, has a bit better clarity in total darkness but is the same as the N24CG52 when the bright LED lites come on, Is there a setting that I need to do in the NVR DHI-NVR52A08-8P-4KS2. Any thoughts.

I am thinking that, as so far was not messing with anything, but now have 7 cams hooked up and a PTZ on the way, and seeing that all is not equal. all were OK as plug and play, but see that focus and color stuff is off. May have a Dahua fellow go online and access the system and sit back and watch the tweeking, if it was a Caterpillar Equipment I would plug the laptop to it and do my thing, but this NVR stuff is different, just need to throw myself at into that mode I guess.

I'm not quite sure you will get anybody from dahua to remotely log in and fix your cameras.

Bare in mind these cameras are originally aimed at installation companies not the end user.
Dahua will not entertain it as that's not their company direction or capacity.

Unless of course you know a dahua installer or purchased through one of the uk importers

Andy is a oem supplier so whilst we get great pricing we dont get such luxury as to have someone remotely set them up!

Its a trade off and I for 1 welcome it as your not buying rubbish from the diy stores but professional grade equipment at diy money.

Assuming settings are fine, many folks are under a false impression that all of the many Starlight cameras can and should stay in color at night. I have 12 cameras, and only 3 stay in color at night. The two driveway cameras are the newer 5442 series with the bigger 1/1.8" sensor, and still they require a LOT of white light to get a color image that is actually good.

Test an see if your moving image in color is really that great, simply force the camera to color in the settings. (make these changes on the camera not the NVR) You may find you get a better image, with movement (because that what matters most), in B&W.

My issue is I need to go into the settings, and the fellow I know is a Dahua USA dealer and installs in schools and casinos, so we chat on the phone while he logs in and does what he needs to do, in the future I will by US OEM and get the 5 year service of warranty and backup with issues, as is worth the $ , Anixter is a nationwide dealer and has staff in most states, and great pricing, need a business to get prices as they are equal to Andy by the time all cost are factored in, I am wondering why if Andy is a OEM Dealer why the warranty is 1 yeaer, and for service it seems he has his sales agents propping him up, he should set up a service for after sales service, those are my 2 bits worth.
