combine continious recording and event recording

Hi,

is it somehow possible to configure BI to eg keep 24h continuous recording and after 24h only keep alert clips?

Yes. Set up a clone camera for the actual camera. Have one of the cameras configured for continuous recording and save the files for 24 hours. Have the other camera to make only alert files and save till allocated space is used.
