I logged out of Edge and uninstalled it, deleting all data on this device but not across my other machines. Then re-installed Edge, logged into BI via UI3 and only then logged back in to MS to synch data. It's working. I was worried I would have to delete all my saved logins and cache data across all platforms but luckily did not have to do that. Turns out that changing the ip addresses on my router and cams with static ips was the easy part. ;-/. In any case everything is working and BI, remote desktop, and other server access via VPN on this remote Comcast wifi works perfectly now.
