I got a hikvision 8 port camera with 2 camera plug in
you can configure identical setting in term of motion detection, email, ddns etc.. on the camera (via virtual interface)
and on the NVR.
I was just wonder if you have to configure both the NVR and the Camera settings to be the same? or just on the NVR?
If I configure it on the NVR and save the setting and go to Camera via virtual interface I dont see the change in
the camera
does the NVR store the camera setting some where and use that config when the camera is plug into the PoE port
and the other inside the camera setting is for operating as a stand alone Camera?
