Configuring LOREX LNZ32P12 Network Camera

I purchased the LOREX LNZ32P12 for use as a network camera. I expected to be able to configure it to replace a Loftek PTZ camera. Unlike with the Loftek, there are no instructions on how to access a control panel, what the units default IP address, how to set up a dynamic DNS, etc. I do not have an NVR. I simply want to have Blue Iris connect to it remotely. Is this camera not suitable? (Blue Iris lists it as a compatible camera.)

You can try to see if it is pulling an IP from your network.
Open the start menu and in the run box type "CMD" (no quotes). When that opens a new box type "Arp -a" and that will list devices on your network.
