connection issues - BI

issue one
so at start whenever i would conect to BI it would connect and show me camera, however when i left my house and tried it at work - it wouldnt connect

issue two
this morning i tried to connect while at home and it says
unable to connect. please try again. Reason: unable to reach server

but on the PC camera works fine and its live

Need way more info as it could be anything?

Did BI or the computer update recently?

Did you change internet provider or router recently?

Do you port forward?

Did you set up a DDNS?

Did you assign your BI computer a static address?

What is your network topology. Can you provide a map showing IP addresses of your LAN.

At the end of the day, it sounds like an IP address issue and the IP address has changed. Now it is just a matter of figuring out what it changed to and why.

weird it started to work again while on wifi
but still does not work when i am off wifi

• BI IS ON PC , UPDATED THIS WEEK
• SAME IP/ROUTER
• I DONT PORT FORWARD

-I DID NOT SET UP DDNS

• I DID NOT ASSIGN MY BI COMPUTER A STATIC ADDRESS - USED THE IP ADDRES I FOUND IN CMD IPCONFIG
