Hi Guys,

BlueIris version: 4.6.9.4 x64 (win10)
Foscam FI9903P

I'm reaching my wits end with this product, as I am unable to find out why this is occurring.

There appears to be no pattern as to what causes it, but more often than not, when I go to check a recording or live view, the camera image is distorted like it's receiving a corrupted stream.

I have attached screenshots of what it looks like, and as you can see, it also records this which is absolutely useless.

If I view the camera at the same time through Foscam's horrible interface, it shows a perfectly fine image.

I have also tried running iSpy on a different computer and it also has no issues with the recordings.

I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling BlueIris, resetting the camera and the only way to get the image to work is to click on the "camera" button then click OK, which re-reads the camera and it's fine for a while...

Has anyone experienced this before and might know what the problem is and how to resolve it?

Thank you,
Dave

FYI... Hardware acceleration can be disabled on a camera per camera basis..
So if you have others that are working fine you can leave it enabled...

Just bumping this because I had the same problem, and this was the solution

FI9900EP2
artifacts on the edge of the video capture
latest foscam firmware
same settings as previous foscam cameras

Cheers
