I just put in a new hikvision IP camera setup with the following DVR:
NSN-604(4K)-4P 4 Channel POE Plug-N-Play 4K NVR
1) One thing I noticed that I wanted to see if there is a way around. When My cameras are recording, and writing data to the NVR. My recorder seems to write files out ever 12 hours. So if I want to go back and look at the last 12 hour segment, I can do that. But if something happened 10 minutes ago, I'm not sure how to go back and look at that activity, using the hik-connect client. Maybe the problem is the client. I thought I would ask this question.
2) my second question is maybe also related to the client. I am able to see stuff that was recorded, but when I try to zoom in on that client, it gets very grainy. Is that a client limitiation? MY NVR, and my cameras are all 4K, so I thought I could get a better picture, when I try to zoom in.
