After the coyote attacked the possum and ate half of it the remains were still there on the grass. The next morning the lady that lives in the house put the remains in a box, taped it up and put it in a bag. Then she sat the bag out next to the curb along side a palm tree (the second one in the video). I was waiting all day for someone to come along and take the bag or at least look into it as it appeared that the bag might have some value. So this morning when looking at my cameras I see the bag was not in the same place. Here is the video showing what happened during the night.

The meat got more tender after it aged for a day :D

I have to laugh when I see a story about opossums. About 20 years ago, I was trying to kill a stump, so I had a brilliant idea. I would pour salt and bacon grease on the stump hoping it would kill it so I could manage the stump when it dried up.
To my surprise one night there were a few opossums clinging to the stump like tics. Lol.

Opossum the O is silent.

Use Drano to kill a stump. Takes about six months. Drill 3/4" or 1" holes down into the stump and fill with Drano.

Drill as deep as possibe and it'll probably need a corded, heavy duty, drill. Use an extension on the bit. A cheap SpeedBore will do the trick unless you have ship augers hanging around.
