Coyote Visits Just Before 1PM

This is the first time I've seen a coyote during the middle of the day. Most of the coyote video captures occur at night or during the very early morning hours.

I have been camping out in the desert and I have heard Coyotes yapping and howling at 1-2pm in the afternoon. I would think that their best hunting would be from right before dusk to slightly after dawn. They are hell on cats in my neighborhood.

Because I don't have any recordings of barking dogs.
