Today make a visiting at CPSE, the biggest exhibition about security products.
Here are some of my thinking after the visit.

1.Dahua and hikvision lanuched some new cams,but these 2 big companies focus more and more on the cloud platform, esp for intelligent video analytics.
2. The AI tech has big improvement compare to the last year's tech, not just focus on the male or female, wear glass or not wear glass. Video structure, face recognition, perimeter prtotection. i will post some files here for watching.
3. 4K Starlight and full color cams become more and more polular.
4. Big company like Panasonic, Sumsung,Honeywell, this year we haven't see on the exhibition anymore.

Most cams we talked here, the full color camera, 4K Starlight new large Optoical zoom PTZ, these are good for using. Both dahua and hikvision has those new releasing.

Is there any hope at all for a new Starlight varifocal turret/eyeball using the 1/1.8" sensor? Or are we officially stuck for the foreseeable future with just the fixed lens IPC-T5442TM-AS model?

Did you see any 4K Starlights in an affordable consumer price range (<$300) or are these more directed toward professionals\commercial?? Would like to see some night motion video samples of 4K Starlight.

I think can get it at 2020, right now price still bit high. Like thermal camera, right now have some cams within 300usd, before all 800-1000usd.
Future trend will be 4K ,AI Starlight ,Full color .

Probably just skip the 4mp, cut to the chase, and put out 8mp Starlight turrets, lol
