CPU's ???

cpu's at 17%, almost 1g of ram and gpu is set to nvidia.
i didnt enable direct to disk to see how hard it hits cpu's.

If you are going to run bare metal, and you have 17% GPU with 5 cams, you should be fine with 11 cams. Especially once you enable sub-streams and direct to disk. Having SSDs might help your recording if you are running max resolution and max FPS on all cams.

I am currently running 28 4mp and 6mp Dahua cameras setup for substreams and am running between 14% and 17% CPU on an I7-8700 @ 3.2GHz . Amazing. The best upgrade yet, worth the money and then some for yearly licensing.
ETA I am not running max FPS but I am running the max resolution.

To do record to disk. how do i get back there ?
i've clicked a few settings icons. And nothing brings me back.
Do i have to uninstall each cam, then readd each one ?

On initial set up, I DIDN'T check record to disk. Now i want to, is the a box somewhere else in the 3 menus ? or delete cams an start over ?

Camera Settings -> Record Tab -> Video File Format and Compression -> Direct to Disk
