Cube Camera Ethernet Cable Routing - Cleanest Mount Solution

Just wondering how people are routing the ethernet cable to their Hikvision cube cameras (DS-2CD2432F-IW or similar). I'm wondering what the cleanest method would be to minimize the appearance of the ethernet cable. Are people mounting a wall jack near the camera and running a short cable or is there a better way to route the cable through the mounting cover of the camera.
 
Run the cable direct to the camera and crimp an rj45 onto the cable.
