So couple of questions on the 5MP Indoor IR Wifi Cube Camera | 2.8mm Wide Angle Lens | Built in 2 way Audio Mic and Speakers | True PIR Motion Detection | 30' Infrared Night Vision | SD Card Slot for On Board Storage | NSC-245W-C.

1. i can see the camera in BI, but not when I type in the ip. is there something wrong in my settings?

2. How do I get the two way mic to work In the BI app?

and yes the camera needs a bit of adjusting.
 
what is the camera make and model. I have 3 different types of cube cameras, two different models of the hikvision and 5 annke I61DR .

What browser are you using The only two browser that may work are Internet explorer and PaleMoon 32 bit. The more common browser will not work Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safar...i. You more than likely need a browser plug in to view the camera. Most browsers block plugins do to security risk

All camera info I have is in my post. I can try and find out exactly what it is but that is what I supposably purchased from Nelly's.

edit: checked on box model number is nc326-cu

i was using IE. all my other cameras show up, but they are dahua.

the part number NSC-245W-C is a custom nellys security company number for a 5mp camera. The nc326-cu is another part number for a 6mp camera. If it is a 5mp camera it may be a hikvision DS-2CD2455FWD-IW

It looks like this one, DS-2CD2463G0-IW(2.8mm). Only model number I see is the nc326-cu.

but it also looks like the one you mention. So how do I figure out what I have?
