Getting comfortable
For those of you wondering what GearBest are like, here's my current experience.
Ordered a new toy on the 13th and it was dispatched on the 20th. I couldn't get the tracking number to work anywhere (I tried track17 etc) so sent support ticket to their customer service. Overnight, I've heard back already with the correct link. Now that's quicker than Aliexpress post-sales service from most sellers!
