Cutting recording every 1 hour

Hello, lately I noticed that Blue Iris is not cutting recording precisely. As you can see on the screenshot BI cut the recording at 8:01:55 instead of 8:00:00. Why is that happening? Thanks

My system has always move the time around for the cuts. I have 32 files that need to be closed and new files opened. some of the files are on a network drive. I think it depends on the work load and the speed of the drive.
