Hello, I have all my cameras continuous recording and cut automatically every 2 hours, but I found something that I wanted to cut out of that 2 hour video. I can’t seem to find a way to just cut out and download the 20 seconds I need. I’m sure I’m missing something. If anyone knows that would be great.

@merkaba - while in playback mode, right click the mouse, you can then set a start and stop time and then convert/export it out.

Getting comfortable
When playing back a clip, you will see a 2 icons underneath the timeline. 1 at the start and 1 at the end. Slide them to include the area that you want to capture. Then when you right click and choose Convert/export, you can specify more options such as file type and location to save new file to.
