Dahua 180 camera stuck on popout screen

So, in the past, somehow I managed to select popup/out screen instead of full size screen when I login and view the camera directly on the computer.

Despite quite a lot, dozens of attempts, I have been unable to find the setting to change it back.

Any ideas ???

How did you get the wrench icon to appear at upper right?

No idea. It was always there. On highlighting it, it says auxiliary installation. Clicking it brings up IVS and people counting sub menus.

Still can't figure how to get back to my full screen.

Any clues ?

It is a browser and driver issue. We see folks here from time to time with same issue.

I have one camera that did that and deleting the browser and all the plug-ins did nothing.

It still works correctly on one computer with IE.
