Hello everyone, first post here. I have a 49225TNI that has been in use for a few years. The only problem I have that I haven't figured out is when it does a PTZ reboot, the presets are off by 2-3 clicks of the servo motor when it comes back on-line. I can go out and turn it back and all the presets will be back to where I set them or I can redo my presets. I would have thought there might be a fixed home position that it would reference at boot up and then find the last preset position afterwards. I disabled the nightly PTZ reboot and that helps, but it still does a random reboot from time to time on it's own. Has anyone else experienced this? I have a Hikvision PTZ camera that does not have this problem. Thanks.
