Dahua 59430UNI PTZ problem

Hello,

So I got Dahua 59430UNI IP PTZ camera.
Everything seems to be working and okay, but the PTZ does not.

Downloaded and updated the latest firmwares from : DahuaWiki

I don't have DVR right now, so I connected the camera to my router, so I can access it from the browser (IE) and SmartPSS.

I can zoom the camera but can't move it from them.

Also when I start up the camera then it shows on browser that PTZ booting up and it takes a lot of time when it finally boots it up.

And if I go to the camera menu and open system then I see this.
Why is the ptz version null?

Has anyone some ideas?

I don't know what is the problem, but you are aware that there is a separate PTZ firmware as well, right? Try loading that too.

I've had "gremlins" disappear from my Dahua PTZ when I factory reset it. Yeah, that means loading back in all the custom settings etc.... but it corrected my autotracking issues I was having all of a sudden.
