Dahua ac21cg02 camera focus/zoom?

Hi everyone. Does anyone know how to adjust the focus/zoom on the Dahua 2mp turret ac21cg21?

l have a X72A3A4 Dahua dvr.
l had an installer install the camera, he didn't leave any manuals for the camera, l tried with doing it on ghe dvr under image settings, but ig didn't work.

The dahua website requires dealer login to access support files.

Plus, anyone know where to buy dahua cameras in Canada? l am looking for their 4k turret hdcvi.... don't want to waste my time with the dealer l bought my other cameras with.

If you meant this camera, it's a fixed lens. You can adjust image quality and other things, but this camera doesnt "zoom"
