Hi, somebody has this firmware for dahua cameras: General_SD-Zi-Themis_Eng_P_P2P_IVS_V2.400.0000.7.T.20151112.I bought from aliexpress only have PAL format.

Are you having actual problems with the camera's image because of PAL? Apart from slightly different exposure rates, frame rates, and screen sizes I haven't run into any actual problems running a "PAL" IP camera on an "NTSC" system or under NTSC lighting. I haven't even had any flickering issues in my limited experience. No problems = no need to chance bricking the camera with a firmware flash.
