Dahua CCTV, GDMSS plus app

Hi, I've been using Dahua CCTV and GDMSS apps since last year and now I cannot view the live on my app. I tried everything, uninstall , install again. Now, I cannot connect the device. error message is "connection failed"

P2P is enabled and status is online.

There are two GDMSS apps and one is being phased out. Make sure you are using the DMSS made by Hangzhou CE-soft Technology Co., Ltd.

Hi, I am using the one made by Hangzhou. I tried using other phones but still the same.

No as well, I can only view my cameras on the monitor connected to the DVR.
