Dahua DH-IPC-HDW3549H-AS-PV-S3 tioc with Facial Recognition?

I'm trying to figure out if the Dahua DH-IPC-HDW3549H-AS-PV-S3 tioc has the ability to use facial recognition. I know they can detect human and vehicular movement but thought it had facial recognition as well.

I will choose DH-IPC-HFW3549T1-AS-PV , without V3 or V4
Because only the first generation is F1.0
