Thank you!

If you have the international version of the Dahua firmware, yes.

But even if the date of the Dahua firmware is newer, Empiretech may actually still be better. Many times we make suggestions that Empiretech sends to Dahua and we test it and 6-8 months later Dahua may or may not make it available, but when they do it would have their issue date even if it is 8 month old firmware.

Maybe go look?

I did. Question was prompted based on the previous post. It’s newer than what’s posted but the previous post implies there could be a disparity.

This is the one I have been running on my Color 4K-T. It has been working well.
General_IPC-HX5(4)XXX-Taurus_MultiLang_PN_Stream3_V3.140.0000000.32.R.250115
Where did you download this from? Any issues...I saw this version referenced for a 180 camera.

EDIT: Just realized my cam has P after 5849H (IPC-HDW5849HP-ASE-LED-0280B-S2). It's a IPC-Color4K-T-Black-S2-2.8mm

I just double-checked the firmware running on my Color 4k-T. I always download firmware off Andy's site.

Oh, so you have a series 2. Andy's site shows this as the firmware for that version:
General_IPC-HX5(7)XXX-Meta-Taurus_MultiLang_PN_Stream3_V3.140.0000000.35.R.250519
