DAHUA DH- SD29204S - G N Email Motion Detection problem

Hi All,
i have a email alert problem snapshot does not work
camera model DH- SD29204S - G N POE connected + 32GB micro SD card inserted.
4 presets adjusted every 10 sec. turning working without problem, Motion detection on
Test email working but snapshot does not work, i got some email from camera without picture.

who's your mail provider? could be the snapshots are too large and being rejected my mail server..

i havent tested mailing snapshots, I do that externally.. but it saves snapshots to FTP just fine

sorry cant test this for you as my cameras do not have access to any mail servers at all..
