Dahua DHI-NVR5216-4KS2 web live split screen

Hey guys.
I am fighting with issue on Dahua NVR in topic. I have more than 4 cameras but cant get them in Live page all at once...
What I am doing wrong?
I am using mac, chrome, dahua version

only the old internet explorer shows me 16 screens at the same time. Chrome, Edge and firefox have max 4 screens.
I am using Window and DH_NVR5XXX-4KS2_MultiLang_NP_V4.000.0000000.1.R.20190809 on the NVR
i think this is a problem of the software, which is still based on the old IE
