Hello

I've got a Dahua eyeball (DH-IPC-HDW3549HP-AS-PV-0280B). While trying to relocate it, I dropped the metal housing which holds the eyeball and attaches it to the mount. Is there any place I can buy only this part? I've attached an image which shows the exact part (in yellow) I am referring to.

Thanks.

They are somewhat different.
What is the model?
Ask Andy, or hope that people here know.

On first thought, you need a defective cam with precisely the same ball diameter.

What's actually wrong with the one you dropped?

Edit: I have that same camera. It's quite a big boy. Way bigger than my 5442.

If the housing is made of aluminum and is not shattered, you might try brazing it with aluminum brazing rod. Muggyweld and similar no-name brands are available on ebay. As hard as aluminum is to weld, it is fairly forgiving for low temp brazing. If you're in doubt, take it to the local welder and maybe they can tig weld it.
