Sure sorry that would probably be helpful.
So the app appears to work great for everything but playing replays. When I receive an alarm message (something trips the IVR) on my phone I go into the app and play the alarm message. The video plays and then about 5 or so seconds into the video it will rewind 3 seconds and then start playing and then rewind like 3 seconds back. I can still watch the video but its annoying to watch it rewind 3 seconds.
