Dahua HCVR4108C-S3-N Bound to previous email USER

Having an issue to access P2P on Dahua HCVR4108C-S3-N
I have reset the DVR and added New Users but when scanning QR code I get a message saying Device has been bound to nes**@gmail.com, which is the previous tech email who originally installed the cameras and added his email to the DVR Cloud, He no longer works for the company. How can I remove email from DVR so we can regain control of device and monitor p2p again?

I had almost the same case, only the model is HCVR 4108 C-S3. The program CCTV Super Password helped. In it, you had to specify the serial number and the date that is in the system. The program gave a universal password that was suitable for any account.
