dahua ip camerab not showing up

i have som ip cameras series dh-ipc-hdbww4433r-s that not working
the camera show red fixig ligth but when i connect it to network can not find it
i tried config tool advanced ip scanner
i tried the rest button but nothing changed
i connected it directly to pc but cant find the ip address
any one had such a problem ?
may be the board is dead

If you reset them they will be set to 192.168.1.108 is your PC on that same network?
