One of my cameras just switched off tonight and I can't get it to come back on. I've tried it in other Poe slots and still nothing. I haven't had any problems with it before this. What would you recommend I check ?
Check to see if the IR light comes on when its plugged in, If that's the case then its at least powering up, If not and you know your cable and poe switch are good, you could try to use the DC jack to try to power it up. If neither one works, it might be toast.
