Dahua latest Firmware for XVR5116H-4KL-X ???

Hi,

I have some trouble with my XVR5116H-4KL-X and want to upgrade the Firmware if possible but...

On the DVR WebService:

Info Tab: Version Page it's Firmware V4.000.0000002.4 BuildDate: 2019-04-02
System Tab: Update Tab: You have the latest version !!

And the Update Function on XVR do nothing ! (not sure if this function is working...)


But on Dahua Webpage, I fund:
Firmwares___________________________________________________________Last Update
DH_XVR5x16-X_MultiLang_NP_Market_V4.000.0000002.11.R.190829______________02/04/2020
DH_XVR5x16-X_MultiLang_PN_Market_V4.000.0000002.11.R.190829______________02/04/2020


It's new Firmware for this XVR ??


What difference betwenn NP_Market and PN_Market ?? (NP = NTSC ? and PN = Pal ??)


Is configuration lost with Firmware upgrade and XVR must be reconfigured ?

Hi, I tried to upgrade my XVR with this Firmware, but no changes ! I still have Firmware V4.000.0000002.4 BuildDate: 2019-04-02
 
I need a new firmware for dahua DVR model KSVR5116H-4KL-X because the new dahua full color cameras are not supported by the above DVR with old firmware. The current version is Eng_PN_V4.000.0000002.11.2019082.
Can you help me?
 
That’s odd? What feature on them is not supported?
