When can we get one that checks rectal temperature? I hear taking the rectal temperature is more accurate. Sooner we can get an accurate temperature, the better

Thanks for sharing. Just a follow up on pricing and please confirm if the follow complies:

1. The Technology should have a clearance certificate for the use as an adjunct screening tool for skin surface temperature measurements, confirming that the product's benefits must outweigh any risks related to its intended use from a regulatory body i.e. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

2. The technology, application and deployment should comply to and be implemented in accordance with:
o IEC 80601-2-59:2017 Medical electrical equipment — Part 2-59: Particular requirements for the basic safety and essential performance of screening thermographs for human febrile temperature screening
o ISO/TR 13154:2017 Medical electrical equipment — Deployment, implementation and operational guidelines for identifying febrile humans using a screening thermograph
o ISO 80601-2-56:2017 Medical electrical equipment — Part 2-56: Particular requirements for basic safety and essential performance of clinical thermometers for body temperature measurement

3. For most accurate readings, temperature testing reading should be done focussing on the inner eye (the best correlation to core body temperature is the tear duct or inner corner of the eye).

4. Can the solution adjust skin temperature alarm thresholds based on variance in average skin temperature, influenced by ambient temperature variances?

5. Does the solution comply to the IEC and ISO standards?

6. Does the technology allow for future integration with existing technology platform?

7. Is the technology tried and tested?

-----A: the temp threshold is set by manual, and the device cannot be adjusted automatically according to the environment.
5. Does the solution comply to the IEC and ISO standards?
