dahua nvr, can you right click live view to play back??

this behaviour has been annoying me for ages, on hikvision nvr's you right click the camera you want to replay footage on and select playback it comes up with that camera to play back, but on dahua you have to right click and select search then untick all the camera numbers you dont want to play back and you have to click search or something, its a long winded process.
is there any way to just right click the dahua live view to show play back screen?

I don't have an NVR, I use Blue Iris on a PC but I found the following on page 184 of the 467 page manual which is for all current models. Not knowing what model your NVR is, here's a screen shot, maybe it will help. It seems you click on the far left #1 icon when viewing the current channel "live":

Playback works just fine from the playback tab/screen

still cant work it out. the instant playback is not what i want.
